Lost 2x Hinekora's Lock immediately after drop

Hi GGG and Exiles,

I am writing to report a severe issue regarding server stability and a rollback that caused me to lose extremely valuable items.

The Situation: While mapping, I was lucky enough to drop 2 Hinekora's Locks. I picked them up and immediately linked them in the Guild Chat to show my friends. Seconds later, the instance crashed/disconnected.

Upon logging back in, I realized the server had rolled back. The Hinekora's Locks were gone from my inventory, and they were not on the ground anymore.

Evidence: I have attached a screenshot provided by a guildmate. It shows the timestamp and the items linked in the Guild chat right before the disconnect, proving I had them in my possession.

I understand the general policy regarding lost items, but given the extreme rarity and value of these specific items, this feels terrible. I am reporting this so the stability issues can be looked into.
