Mavens Voidstone didnt Drop

Me and a friend killed maven like 4 times now and i didnt get the voidstone from her and when i wrote the support they said to write here and i was looking up the problem and i found:

You were not the one to get the final blow: If someone else killed Maven for you, you may not receive the reward. In many cases, it's a bug that might need to be reported to support.

If you still can't find it Report the bug to support: If you're sure you defeated Maven and it wasn't awarded, report it to support. The voidstone is a mandatory reward for defeating the Maven, so it's likely a bug

and yes ive already talked to Kirac he dosnt have it sadly

Were you opening the Maven's Writ from your map device?
