Blight portal spawned in bismuth

While playing blight one portal spawned inside bismuth ore deposit and one mob got stuck and is untargetable and blight encounter didnt give rewards.

have also had this happen. game is very buggy this league.

I've had this happen many times this league. Blight can't finish and when the main focus of my maps is blight that feels bad.
