Do anybody know how Ultimatum Actually Works?

I have a question. From what i understand ultimatum rewards rank up or get better depend on the round count and there are ways to pseudo increase round number with things like bribe or atlas passive. Or and use gruelling or imbued ultimatum to force 13 round. So far so good i get it bigger round better rewards

Now my question is how it interact with Ultimatum Scarab of Inscription when it combined with Ultimatum Scarab of Catalysing? From what i understand catalysing scarab turns EVERY reward to random catalyst and inscription scarab turn that catalys to random inscription. What does round even do at that point? Do higher round effect outcome of inscription scarab? Or does this duo scarab combo eliminate advantage of high rounds? If so why people even use Stand your ground when they do this combo other than wanting to have smaller area or even gruelling worth it to risk if only it do 30% more value to your scarabs witch is still good value but also does it if it make you lose once to make you lost more? For example i run a 13 round and get ruin and stalking run back to back 8 round with no ruin on me because of +90% block but on 11. round i failed and i dont even saw ruin stack so i get 7 stack less than a second. So i wanna know if increasing round count even useful for this scarab combo scarabs.

AFAIK they have tier weightings (inscriptions that is) so higher rounds have a better chance of a higher tier reward - from what I remember its to do with the health multiplier on the inscription so like 80% more is the worst and 200% more is the best (these numbers were pulled from thin air but there is a breakdown on reddit somewhere)

But I also think Ultimatum has some jank associated with it when it comes to rewards which makes it quite hard to actually isolate if extra rounds feel more rewarding or not. I've lost count of the number of times i have a stack of orbs of binding in the last round for example and that is with 10 or 13 as the cap.

Higher round giving better inscribe make sense but issue is even when they do our catalysing scarab turn them to catalys. So the inscribe ultimatum we offered is not what ultimatum offer us directly but converted twice. First it converted to simple catalys than it convert to inscribe ultimatum via Ultimatum Scarab of Inscription. SO question does round even affect outcome of Ultimatum Scarab of Inscription itself or how to even learn this.

Combining this scarab with
Ultimatum Scarab of Catalysing
will cause each round to reward an Inscribed Ultimatum.

The tier of dropped Inscribed Ultimatums do not appear to be affected by the type of catalyst or area quantity/catalyst stack size. However, the tiers do appear to be affected by area level, with "Tier 0" equivalent Inscribed Ultimatums requiring an area level of 83+.[1]


Higher round doesn't matter when it comes to inscribed ultimatums, only the area level.
