Necromancers Corpse Pact With Wilma's Requital Doesnt work

Hi I have tested that necromancers corpse pact node doesn't work with Wilma's Requital Unique helmet for the increased and reduction to cast speed apply to attack speed doesn't work

"4% increased Attack and Cast Speed..." already appies to attack speed, so it can't apply again.
