KIlled Catarina, skipped her phases. she died and dropped loot but no other syndicate rewards

As per title.

i've killed catarina "a gazillion times". last night something weird happened. there were no syndicate members near her. so i proceed to wail on her as usual, doing dps. but unlike how it used to be, she teleported around but there were no "masters" around to attack me. i got confused but decided to just keep damaging her.

surprisingly i took her down without needing to interact with her "towers"/totems.

jun proceeded to slaughter her and she dropped loot. her bloodline ascension totem appeared which i could interact with but since iw asnt interested with her passives didnt care for it.

i then tried to "go downstairs" to get my syndicate rewards as usual. to my horror. all the stairs to go down could not be interacted with.

i tried reportalling into the area. nothing changed.

i m now left feeling a little salty that i got cheated out of my rewards.

not a bug...

betrayal was reworked last league I think it was.

catarina loot got changed(for the better on some of them!)
