Golems not automatically resummoninh anymore with elementalist

Golems not auro resummoning anymore with elementalist and liege of the primordial allocated. It has been working all league fine for me up until recently.

Hmm... Seems to be ok now. I'm not sure what was happening. Maybe it was something I didn't recognize affecting it like a cooldown recovery devuff or something. I'm not sure. Anyhow thanks for taking a look anyway. Sometimes debuffs and afflictions and buffs for that matter both on enemies and allies are unclear. That is one of the things that poe 1 could and should bring over from poe 2 it's just a straight win
