Guild Currency Stash tab

We have a guild stash tab for currency but we keeping having an issue of the Auto/Affinities (auto sort) reseting, it is fine after i tick the boxes. Then when we do a map it resets and need to do it again all over, this is always the case. its been two days so my game has been fully closed down on all of our PC's. i have ticked the box in the COG in the top right to enable it, i have turned it on and off. I have done pretty much every thing that can be done to it. Any ideas what it could be?
