Memory bosses/Feared invite/Tul and Esh skills invisible

When running any of the 3 memory bosses and then also in the feared invitation all of the bosses skills/abilities are invisible... when dying to these it also causes the loading times to get back into the fights to be 20+ seconds (according to the grace period timer) but again after loading in, all skills are invisible

This also happens in the Tul/Esh fights where both of the bosses themselves are invisible (eventually loading in) however the skills are still missing.

I am having the exact same Issue with the Memory bosses.

Just did feared and the memory boss abilities and the Sirus walls where just invisible.

Also for Breach Walls in Maps and sometimes Legion/Shrine objects.
