Bug Report ID: #1.870.467.312 Got the 1 suffix rare simplex -> suffixes cannot be changed -> scour. 3.27.0 Keepers of the Flame patch notes: " Fixed a bug where Simplex Amulets and Heist base types with similar implicits could be Magic Rarity with modifiers. A regular Magic-rarity item can have up to 1 prefix and 1 suffix. A Magic-rarity Simplex Amulet can have up to 0 prefixes and 0 suffixes--meaning it can't have modifiers, making it Normal-rarity.
