high latency to singapore servers in 213.179.202.2xx

I randomly connect to the singapore server 213.179.202.2xx during gameplay and this spikes my latency to 5x from 50ms to 200ms - 1000ms.

trace shows that packets are being routed to this server through Europe which is weird because it doesn't happen with any other singapore server I connect to.

Is ther a way to prevent connecting to this server since its the only one throwing latency issues and has a weird routing.

+1, I also get 160 ping on 169.50.156.* ranges. It seems to be routing through tokyo.
