Left-handed fleshgrafts NEVER drop??

This is my second character this league, I'm lvl 90. No matter how many wombgifts I use, I never get a single left-handed fleshgraft. Any idea why?

There is no left-handed graft. Second graft slot can be unlocked by killing Vruun, Marshal of Xesht in a stabilized Unstable Breach and bringing Head of Vruun to Ailith. Then you simply insert graft into the second slot. You cannot use the same type of graft in both slots, except for Fleshgraft.
