arent my account in sync?

Hello when im online here in this site i cant see my character that im online on in the game why is this? shuldent i be able to se my character at this site also?

This is caused by being logged in on different accounts on the website versus in the game.
In the top-left corner do you have an option to switch to a different sub-account? Having spent thousands of euros on Path of Exile over the years, I will not be further supporting it financially until and unless GGG resumes offering Technical Support.
