Potent Pantheons bugged if you deliver all divine vessels at once

I can't complete that challenge and since all characters share the pantheon upgrades there is no way I can get that challenge without a bug fix. Beware.

Does the /recheck_achievements chat command help?
(I realise you are posting about a challenge - the same command works for both.) Having spent thousands of euros on Path of Exile over the years, I will not be further supporting it financially until and unless GGG resumes offering Technical Support.
