Cast on crit doesn't work

Hey,
So i built a bow i've seen in a guide with these gems: Hydrosphere, Power charge on critical, Cast on critical strike, Manaforged arrows, Frenzy, Tornado. No matter what i do the only skill getting triggered is frenzy... I'm only in act 5 now and barely scraped few chaos to get some decent enough gear. Is there anything i can do to get this to work?

You should be able to finish the campaign pretty easily with that gear OP. Two six links is pretty overkill for the acts.

Your bow doesn't have that high damage, should be fine for the campaign though and should be pretty cheap to get a high DPS linked bow later on this league.

Everything else you are doing seems to make sense, other than stacking crit functions and blocking crit. If your spell triggers are still not working, check you have enough mana. Looks like you should have plenty with that aura set up, but that can also prevent them from triggering.
