Poe 2 bug - unable to use map device

Currently I am unable to use the map device in the Ziggurat or hideout, and I have no active endgame quest or endgame waypoint. I went through the cutscene at the end of the interlude like normal and talked to Doryani about the map device, but can't interact at all with it. Now there are no quest dialogue options on any npc's anywhere in Ziggurat, hideout, or interlude (aside from Hooded One taking me to Ziggurat). I dont have any other endgame characters in the current league that might let me bypass the quest softlock.

I think it was caused by a precursor tablet I picked up in the interlude. After Doryani's initial map dialogue, he had diaglogue about the tablet which I assume was meant to come later in the endgame questline. I can't remember for sure if he gave me a free map, though I don't think he did.

Doryani has a quest marker in hideout, and will take me to the Ziggurat- but he has no quest in the actual Ziggurat. Ive tried talking to every npc in hideout, Ziggurat, and interlude; but nobody has any quests. I also completed a map with a friend, which did give the quest popup- but afterward changed nothing.

Go to talk to Alva and/or Gwennen:

Already did, as well as every NPC in the 3 interlude towns and Kingsmarch. Alva moved from the spot in your screenshot to a spot directly next to the waypoint, and Gwennen dissapeared after her dialogue.

Literally just went back to see if I could grab screenshots, and for some reason the map device is usable now. I had already tried fully logging, so I dont know why now suddenly it is all fixed. I can use map device, can teleport to endgame via waypoint, and have the quest active.
