Random blight mobs refuse to take damage -> no loot from the blight

I'm doing blights in t16.5 dunes with invigoration, blightheart, lineage, bloodline and risk scarabs. After clearing the entire blight, spamming empowering towers everywhere (and one freezing tower next to the pump), two (seemingly) mobs remain, stuck in eachother and refusing to take damage. They dont move either, or deal damage. The mobs are as followed:

Normal blighted scout

Resplended Magic blighted archamge of the tempest

I doubt this kind of combo with reduced lightning dmg taken and faster es recharge should mitigate my damage given how easily i clear other content in the game.
