Chance To Bleed Support Falsely Showing Checkmark For Spells

I was looking at Chance To Bleed Support and it showed a checkmark in the tooltip for supporting Exsanguinate and Flame Dash, but the wording specifies attacks, and when equipped it gives no bonus (which I assume is the expected outcome). Minor, but had me thinking I could use it for a while.
