Flamewood totem not getting triggered in drox fight

When my totems with flamewood support are hit by the mobs in the drox fight while the enemies are inside the Vexillum immortalis flag auras they do not trigger the flamewood spell despite their hp visibly going down.

I just experience this as well.
In attempt Flamewood support will not cast avenging flame at the flags themselves and will not target any mobs affected by the aura |
