League mehanic bug

Hi GGG, i wonder if new strange mobs, invisible, undergorund, hitting u after u finish mehanic are regular or bug? Its hard to even loot without being dead for like 1 sec. U cant kill them, u cant avoid, u cant loot, they are following u all the map. Id like to get confirmation about this stage. Thx in advantage!
