Need Help pls

My account seems to have stuck/ghost currency exchange orders from a previous league. This prevents me from placing new orders. I have only one character in this new League after deleted old characters in standard league.

That isn't a bug.
IF you have old currency exchange orders from a previous league, you will need to log in using a character in its parent league to collect the orders from Faustus. Having spent thousands of euros on Path of Exile over the years, I will not be further supporting it financially until and unless GGG resumes offering Technical Support.

The absolute most that GGG might do for you is, if you contact Support and ask very nicely, they might restore one of your deleted characters so you can do this yourself. I assume there's a limit to how many times they will do this as a courtesy - I don't know what that limit is.
But, in general, engaging with the game is your own responsibility, and it isn't something they'll manually do so that you don't need to. Maybe don't delete every character going forwards. Having spent thousands of euros on Path of Exile over the years, I will not be further supporting it financially until and unless GGG resumes offering Technical Support.
