Esh of the storm Ascendancy is not giving +2 levels for lightning skill gems

Hello,

I have the ascendancy "Esh of the storm", I also have 3 foulborn jewels and 1 foulborn belt (HH) which makes a total of 4 foulborn items equiped. As stated in the ascendancy it should give me "+2 to level of all lightning skill gems" but it doesn't. My "spark of the nova" didn't get the +2, my herald of thunder as well and my lightning golem also.

I didn't see anything about it on the forum. Also not much people (I can't find any) are using 4 foulborn items so I don't know if you know the problem. Good luck on your bug hunting!

Jewels dont count as equipped items. The behavior is consistent with items like Voll's vision where you can use corrupted jewels and still get the regen benefits.
