Courtyard of Wasting Map quantity bug [Juiced Jamboree]

Was doing Juiced Jamboree challenge (175+ quant)

Fully decked out atlas points, risk scarab, +8% from map device, 110% quant map base (was unable to get more) resulted in 145% quantity AT MOST. Tried fifteen (!) times, spent fortune on risk scarabs, just to observe I was not at all able to get above 175% quant ever.
Additional hint - I was not able to get single Eldritch altar to spawn while in there. Zero.

For comparison - when I do the same with almost any T17, I get 210 - 290% quant easy peasy no issues.

So that leads me to believe the memory chain maps have bugged interaction with any of the atlas points, risk scarabs or whatever. Maybe the chain "altars" themselves (one of them) is causing this. But there definitely is something fishy in how it is computed and it did cost me a lot of chaos orbs :) so please, can someone explain the difference or can GGG perhaps fix it / clarify?

don't know if this was resolved, but had the same in chambers of impurity. 129% quant 8mod map with 5 different scarabs, in-map quant was only 137. atlas is fully decked out for it.
the cursed affix on the map (had to take a few tries to hit 8mod) doesn't specify lowering the quant- is that the issue? and if so can someone confirm if they had the bug opening the map immediately without the cursed debuff and having this issue?

I to am experiencing this issue with Courtyard of Wasting. Like you, 116 quant map is the highest I've rolled, full atlas, risk scarab and map device +8%.. most I have seen is 150%. For context my T17's were all 180-200+ using the same method so something fishy is definitely up. To add even more frustrations Exarch alters would not spawn despite full clear.

Anyone found a way to do this?

Can confirm, have same problem. While T17 gets boosted from atlas and gets around 200%, this memory stuff doesnt, rolled about 110% (with chisels) and ingame got around 140%. Ofc no quality altair spawned....:/
