Amplified Artifacts does not seem to work very well

Hello, when doing t17 deli orb with 2 nemesis 2 adversaries and 2 divinity scarab I am getting more scarabs from the barrels and or normal mobs than im getting from the super juiced up rares. Can we look into this because at this point it is almost impossible to farm anything because of the lack of scarabs.

+1 can confirm. feels very odd / no real improvement.
