The Hallowed Monarch make AG keep running away

The new unique helmet gain AG of smite modifiers from rare monster, rare monster with fleeing modifiers (Creates Frost Walls and Flees,...) make AG keep running away from player. And it won't remove that fleeing even after 60s.
