Abyss will not drop non equipment loot

I have juiced it too the moon and back as hard as i can, rarity, wisps, rare modifiers, bloodlines, quant fragments. And it will not drop anything but white magic and rare items with very little currency. There has to be something bugged with it. 4k wisps on a rare and no scarabs or currency dropping doesnt make sense.
