Missing Genesis Tree Points?

I know the wiki isn't guaranteed to be correct, but according to https://www.poewiki.net/wiki/The_Genesis_Tree there are a certain number of points available for each tree assuming you complete all the quests. I have completed all the quests, however my numbers don't match up.

My Equipment branch has 25, wiki says 26
Unique has 15, wiki says 16
Currency 9, wiki says 10
Mysterious 3, wiki says 4
Graft 9, wiki says 10.

so I appear to be missing 1 across the board from every branch. Some folks in Global said their tree at the very least has 4 in Mysterious, so is there a way to force a recheck of quests to get my missing points, or am I just hosed?

Are they counting the starting node as a point? I have the same as you, without counting the starting node. So either it is that, or we are missing one from somewhere. My questline for the tree appears to be complete, I've done the breach bosses and there is nothing pending with Ailith.

That might be it. Would at least explain why I'm missing 1 of everything.

i have been wondering about this myself. i haven't done the bosses yet and not sure how many they give

i have: 24 for equipment, 12 for uniques, 9 for currency and 2 for mysterious

no more body parts have dropped from hundreds of maps and there's no quest from Ailith

are those the normal amounts without the bosses or am i missing any from somewhere
