Tender Embrace not activating with Coward's Legacy/Cursed with Vulnerability

Leveling with Coward's Legacy/Light radius stacking, thought it would be an easy way to stay at full end charges since the gear for light radius stacking is abysmal for stats and life.

Tender Embrace does not activate.

I validated the Foulborn Lori's Lantern attack speed mod works as intended as sheet aps changes when I unequip in hideout.

Also having this issue, kind of a massive problem given I specifically build my defences around it.

Same for me... I also just tried it.


It does not activate while I "count as on low life" thanks to the Coward's Legacy unique belt.


But it does activate if I get my life lower (thanks to Corrupting fever) for a few seconds... so I suppose you have to actually be below 50% Life for it to work (or maybe below 55% with the mastery. I have not tried that) ...

But if this working as intended a rephrasing would be appreciated.
