4 minutes loading screen after death

Every time i die the loading time quadruples, the loading screen is already terrible this league because instead od loading 15 seconds i load in a minute, but every time i die i load in for 2-4 minutes, at some point i dont even know should i wait or just turn off the game because maybe i crashed.
I have literally the lowest settings and i also tried to reduce the fps cap from 60 to 30 thinking it may be a performance issue but it changed nothing
