Disconnect to Login every 2-3 Zonechanges

after 2-3 zone changes, i get disconnected to login screen without any specific message telling why
happened so far while:
- teleport to HO
- entering map
- teleporting to genesis tree
- entering/leaving a trial within a map
- general zone change while campaign

am living the same shit since november 4 and none of the devs has ever responded ... or even try to contact me ... I have crashed the game like 15 times during 4 hours
