Discharge double-dipping doesn't work

I'm trying to cook discharge chieftain.

Discharge has all three elemental gem tags, so when you get +1 to cold, fire or lightning you benefit from all of them.

But when i try it with jewels, if I get "% increased critical strike with fire skills" together with cold or lightning crit mod, I only benefit from one of them. "% incresed critical strike with elemental skills" suffix work, you benefit from both modifiers.

This observation is based on POB. But it matches with in game crit chance, so I assume it is correct.

Is this a bug? Or is it working as intented?

It works fine for me.

44.38% crit chance with single "16% increased Critical Strike Chance with Cold Skills"


45.64% with "18% increased Critical Strike Chance with Fire Skills" on top.


And without jewels the chance is 43.26%, so it's not "18% with Fire" overrode "16% with Cold", it would be a tiny increasing in this case.

In the linked PoB, it works fine for me as well.

Creating a jewel with only 17% increased crit chance for Fire Skills, PoB says swapping it with Blight Glisten (17% crit chance for Fire, 17% crit chance for cold) would lower crit chancce by 1.53%.
