stuck loading screen

since this patch i have had long load times. i figured you guys would be fixing it. today i can not even play, it will not load lioneye watch. i pressed f1 the shader bar is pegged out to max and frame rate is bouncing from 80 to 120 on the load screen. I get nothing from the server. i have tried many times the cpu and gpu work for a while then the activity dies down. i can hear other players with their microtransaction sound bits running around but all i get is the load screen
