Automation - 4 links

I have a helmet with 4 links where i put automation, withering step, haste and immortal call.

Apart from haste that i triggered, can the automation gem trigger withering step and immortal call?

I don't seem to see these 2 are triggered automatically.

immortal call, yes. Haste reserves mana.

Automate only effects instant spells that do not reserve mana.

But.....if you have 2 guard skills, immortal call will go on cooldown if you are using another guard somewhere else. Same with withering step and another travel skill.



You have two problems:
1) Flame Dash is likely interrupting or messing with your automated withering step. Or vice versa

2) You have tons of manaforged arrow setups sucking mana like a beast, making it less likely that you have mana to cast immortal call reliably.



If its neither of these, is your automation turned on?

You are right. When I turned on the Automation (which I didn't), I don't have enough mana to execute either withering step or immortal call.

Hence, I turned of my Haste and see how it goes first.

For now, I'll have my Petrified Blood, Malevolence and Automation turned on.

I use Lifetap + Blood Rage + Steel Skin.
