Tracking Map Device

I am somewhat new to the game(with-in the last year or so).

I was visiting a guildmates hideout and his map device tracked how many of each endgame activities(abyss, rituals...) he completed.

I cant seem to find it on the marketplace, is there anyway i could attain this or am i SOL?

he believes it was from a supporter pack.
