There has to be nerfs to currency not mentioned in patch

Normally at this point in a league I would have multiple thousand divs worth of gear and stash value but this league is < 200 divs with similar grinding and style when my "strat" wasn't nerfed. Can GGG come clean and tell us what the global nerfs were?
