Once again, there is a problem with receiving currency for purchases.

Once again after purchasing the pack on PSN I did not receive them in the game, can anyone tell me why I keep getting such errors? And can I get my currency back? It's incredibly annoying :/ I've already lost interest in playing because of this. I thought the bug would be fixed after a few months, but I see it's still being ignored -.-
