Loot Filter installation help please!!!

So I watched a couple of Youtube videos and they said just press "Follow" on the Loot Filters List and it would automatically be added to my account... Made sure I was signed in to my account and that I had selected PoE2...
I went for: NeverSink-2semistr-PoE2 Public Platform: PoE 2 (Last Valid Version: 4.3.0) Created by : NeverSink#3349 Last updated : Nov 12, 2025, 5:23:52 PM And followed it. It has yet to populate in game (Options> Game settings> Loot filters). I have pressed the refresh several times, and it still doesn't show up on the list. What am I doing wrong? you need to copy the filter to proper place:
