Hi there, I'm sorry to hear that! Could you please email us at support@grindinggear.com so we can look into this matter for you?

Your account's been compromised.
I'd start by checking to make sure no new or changed email/steam/console accounts were bound to yours. If any of those happened only GGG can fix the issue, and emailing them is your only option. If that didn't happen suggest changing your GGG/bound email account/Steam/Console passwords as relevant, get a few divine somewhere as bait and then wait to see if the thief comes back and takes it too. Only email GGG if they do. The reason I suggest waiting is possible because GGG's disputed account ownership / account recovery process starts by locking the account; then after a few quick initial email exchanges with a junior support person the case is handed off to a senior person who appears to be massively overworked. As of the last reports I've seen - mid year - it took a minimum of several email exchanges with 4-6 weeks between each GGG message to get an account back. IF you have to start the email process, don't send follow up messages while waiting. Doing so sends you to the back of GGGs dysfunctional support queue because it sorts by most recent email received, not oldest email not responded to. Did you ever see history portrayed as an old man with a wise brow and pulseless heart, weighing all things in the balance of reason?
Is not rather the genius of history like an eternal, imploring maiden, full of fire, with a burning heart and flaming soul, humanly warm and humanly beautiful? |
