Disconnected from the patching server

Hello there.
Does anyone face the same issue as I do? 3 consecutive days I fail to connect and update PoE client - got the same error "Disconnected from patching server before patching completed. Try again".
Re-install doesn't help.
Could someone help me with this issue?

Assuming your nickname i guess you're from Novosibirsk, if yes then it's our local problem with internet providers or roskompozor. So VPN only can help
