If I delete my character holding the Polaric Invitation, will my next character be able to get it?

My character has both of the quest invitations for Exarch and Eater in his inventory.

If I delete this character before completing the quests (with the invitations still in his inventory), will my account become "messed up" (requiring support intervention) to be able to complete those quests or will my next character still be able to complete them?

EDIT: These "quest" invitations cannot be moved to the stash.
