I’ve lost my spectre twice while entering maps

I was using a guardian turtle perfectly fine until I entered a map from my atlas and realized it didn’t spawn with me. I didn’t think anything of it but noticed it didn’t spawn at all during the entire map. Went back to hideout and it wasn’t there. No corpse on the ground. I didn’t change any of my equipment, didn’t unsocket Raise Spectre, didn’t do anything with my setup. I was confused but just bought another turtle.

Well, it happened a second time. Not really sure what is going on or if anybody else has experienced this.
