Requesting to change my account name and discriminator.

Good Day,
I just want to know if it is possible to change my account name and discriminator (Monferaigne#6660) due to me getting random whispers from players that I do not know. This is the third league and it is still prevalent (I started getting random whispers since Settlers league. I started playing PoE 1 on Necropolis league). I play from Epic games, already changed my email in Epic and added 2 factor authentication, but I am still getting random whispers from players. The random players whispering me mostly want me to help them defeat pinnacle bosses and stop what I am doing when I am not even finish with my atlas. Thank you so much.
