Originator's Memory of Reverence Bugged

I can't open the first map of the quest line. It just says, "The operation could not be completed." This is the last of the quest line versions for Eagon. I'm wondering if I bugged it out by buying an Echo for a Maven witness so I could complete The Feared before finishing the story line.

Have the same issue, i have bought echo of reverence, and kill the boss for feared invitation, then witness a scene witch zana and eagon, witch finish the questline.

Now iam blocked by this, and not able to acces any memory threads.

same here "The operation could not be completed."

Got stuck here too. Any solution?

Potential (expensive in player time) solution may be: Do the questline in SSF & 'Migrate All'.
