Bugged echo of reverence

Hello, me and my aurabot opened echo of reverence invitation with maven, we died a couple of times, askes somebody to help, my aurabot and him killed it with me not being in the instance anymore and the boss dropped no loot while maven continued casting after the boss died, is that a known issue?
