your maps have +% chance to contain jun atlas nodes not working

Ive never farmed betrayal before so im not sure if there is something else im supposed to do. I have allocated betrayal nodes that SHOULD give me a guaranteed encounter with Jun every map but when I look over my atlas stats on the chance for betrayal scarabs shows up, not the increased chance to encounter Jun. I have no other master missions selected (Einar, Niko, or Alva) please help.

Multiple game restarts fixed bug.
