Missing Skill Point (The Master of a Million Faces)

Hoping someone has some suggestions or can help.
I am missing a skill point from the quest "The Master of a Million Faces". The quest shows as complete and I have access to the Pantheon for Ralakesh, but when I do "/passives" it shows "0 from The Master of a Million Faces". I have tried to repeat the quest and have checked the vendor to see if I am missing the tome. Neither has resolved the issue and help would be appreciated. Thanks! Try talking to Eramir in Act 7, maybe he has a book.
