Faustus trade from previous league locked

Hello everyone,
I'm having a problem with Faustus' Currency Exchange. I have 2 trades from previous league that are locked. I've made research and learned about the "League Migrations" button. But when I try to use it I have an error and it's not working. I don't have a character from that league and I don't have a character in standard with access to Faustus either. (Every images on the link below) https://imgur.com/a/GR099Ki If anyone has an idea how to solve my problem I would be very greatfull ! Or maybe I need to contact the support ? " You need to level up character to Act 6 on Standard to remove the orders. You can also try contacting support (support@grindinggear.com) to restore your character on Standard if you previously had one and deleted it. However, this could likely take a while. |

I tought about doing that, but I already don't have a lot of time to play the game so I don't really want to do 5 acts just to unlock Faustus...
I hope there is another solution like the staff just deleting the trades if that's possible Or any other solutions someone might have PS : Sorry for the possible bad english, it's not my native language |

It is not my intention to be rude - but staff are absolutely not going to do something just so you don't have to. There are millions of people playing the game, and Grinding Gear Games has hundreds of employees - that's not a reasonable expectation at all.
If you previously deleted a character that would have been able to do this for you, then you could ask Support to restore the deleted character by emailing support@grindinggear.com. GGG do not offer first-party Technical Support.
