Mtx bug. Pc coins displayed instead of my ps5 coins

Hello,

I bought a mystery box for 50 coins on ps5.

I go in the consumable section to open it.

One screen appear displaying these options:

50 coins x1 for 1 box
250 coins x5 for 5 box

Plus: the total coins I have on PC


At last I thought to be super happy I could spend my pc coins on the poe 2 version I play (on ps5).

So, opening the consumable box i had 2 choices with my pc points displayed

I start to buy boxes one at the time. The Coins displayed were not substracting, so I was buying one more, and one more, but stopped. I thought something was not right and it might retrieve my cherished ps5 coins....

I found out the coins used were the playstation points.


It's a niche situation I believe. And a decieving one.

Hope you don't get caught in this situation.

Hi, thanks for the reply.

I have mailed Ggg with pictures and the matter was resolved positively for me. I wanted to release this matter publically in case it can be prevented.
