High ping when joining SOME new instance/map/zone

Australia server.
Normal ping is 10-15ms. Sometimes get sent to 150ms+ instance server.

Upon joining some instances/zones/maps the latency will show as 150-155ms and stay until I join a new zone/map instance server. Then its luck of the draw whether I get an AUS instance with low ping, or random (asia?) instance with high (150ms) ping. Only started happening this league.

Can support provide a traceroute back to ISP ip address to assist in troubleshooting routing?
