Incorrect ES Cost With Replica Covenant and March of the Legion

When equipping a Replica Covenant Spiderskilk Robe and March of the Legion Legion Boots auras with a percentage reservation cost have a 3 times to 5 times energy shield cost (from my testing) depending on your mana instead of a 2 times energy shield cost. Aura skills with a flat number have the correct 2 times energy shield cost.
